I needed something very unique and specialized. I was told on the phone they did not do that type of work but I could come in and get evaluated so they can point me in the right direction. I was also given a price over the phone for the one product they did provide. I ended up being there over 2 hours and they did a lot of custom things for me that day and lined me up for some more work to be done that I would come back for. No wait time at all when I walked in and the check-in process was really smooth. The young lady that helped me with my brace was knowledgeable about my situation and made the entire process great!!

Went in there for a super minor fix and the owner came into the office demanding why I didn’t go with his company almost 10 years ago. The fact that the place was nasty and the fact that you harnessed my mother 2 hours after my amputation was enough to go somewhere else. If you are moving to Jackson and require help with your prosthesis, don’t go here, because the owner will make a massive deal out of it if he didn’t make it for you, despite prosthetics being extremely universal for the most part.
