Absolutely love Dr. Rana. She has been our family doctor for sometime now and she is just amazing. She genuinely cares about her patients. However her front office staff brings down her ratings. Dr. Rana amazing doctor her front office staff has horrible customer service, not knowledgeable, and do not follow through with agreements. You have to constantly call to make sure they do there job.

Dr. Rana has been keeping my children healthy since they were babies. I wouldn't trust my kids life & care in any other Doctor's hand. The staff is great, I would recommend any to her for care.
I really wish that I could give more stars for Dr. Setal Rana. She is the best! She listens and seems to care about her patients. My family has been going to her for 10 yrs! The only reason I cannot give more stars is because of her front desk MA, Jeannie R. (check-in clerk). She has a very poor attitude and lacks customer service skills. Love the Dr they seen me n my sisters n brothers ever since we were little n they were my oldest daughter pediatrician n now my 9 month old baby she's a very good person n dr always there when my baby gts sick.
