Buckmaster squeezed us in same day for a clogged sink drain. I was so appreciative, I couldn't imagine going the whole weekend without a kitchen sink. Wes came over and within 30 minutes I had a functioning sink again! I called around before hand for scheduling and quotes, everywhere else estimated the same price as Buckmaster ($250) but they couldn't come out same day. Thank you Buckmaster!

Here's the story of an almost 80 yr old partially blind man. Disabled. Hired this company over a 5 year period to do plumbing and heating jobs. In March of 2024, he had the company tune up his air/heating system at a special advertised price. Two days after the work the system failed. The company said not related to their work. Honestly the best price but the process has been a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!! First I waited at home because they were scheduled to come to our home to give us an estimate at 1 and ended up calling around 2 instead to ask me a bunch of questions some of which I had no idea what the answer was. Then the tech shows up without notice with the wrong furnace. Then we had to reschedule.
