Garbage. After sitting in a 3 car line for no lie 30 mins, I finally get through the wash only to find that it's a drip-dry car wash!?! No one there to dry off the car but still pay top dollar for this joke of a wash. Never again...

Paid a good amount of money to get my car washed and they no longer dry off the car at the end. Now, I have water spots all over my freshly "cleaned car". Worth going 15 miles out of my way to Delta Sonic instead.
I am very disappointed that they stopped towel drying but still charge the same amount as they did before. I went through the other day and because they do not towel dry I had to get out of my truck the fix the mirrors that they pushed in before I went through. I also have spots all over my windows and mirrors because they blowers never really dried them. Once my coupons are gone, I am going else where!
I stoped in and parked to finish a phone conversation before I got my truck washed. I was told to leave that I couldn't park on their property. With that being said I will never go to a buckmans again and will make sure to tell everyone how shitty their costumer service is.
They broke my rear windshield wiper on my 2009 Tucson two days ago. Apparently any part damaged by their company is not covered once your vehicle is 7 years old! Of course that is not mentioned on their website!! They located my part in their bay and checked their video and know it was on when I went in. Talked to the owner Jeff Gold and for the $72 part he wasn't willing to do anything, so we have three of their club passes which totals to about $648 a year, but NO MORE just cancelled all of them so I guess its his loss sin... read more
