Very detailed explanation of my condition and solution to resolve sleep apnea problems. Dr. Buckman was knowledgeable and helpful. Staff was courteous and kind. They were not in a rush. I felt well attended and cared for during this office visit.
Great communication about my up coming procedure and everything involved in getting the inspire.
Although Dr Buckman did not specifically address my issues and seemed to steer the treatment in a totally different direction than needed. It was a bit of a busy atmosphere between his assistant and himself and I didn't feel as if I was truly being listened to. I will return to my other trusted doctor at this practice.

The staff are kind, attentive, and patient, especially with children. We never feel rushed at our appointments and always leave feeling heard and well-informed.
Dr. Buckman provided a very thorough evaluation of my hearing along with the Audiologist who also was fantastic. I am so pleased I have the medical information needed to proceed with a treatment plan to help me hear better.
Never once did I feel rushed or not heard. Dr. Buckman allowed me to explain my symptoms, provided a thorough exam and communicated thoroughly about the treatment plan. He even helped with an insurance question!
