Shevon used a fake license number on our contract. He is NOT licensed in NYC. There were many issues leading up to the start of the project, mostly with communication, but he was unable to complete the project (was only able to do demo and left me with no walls or floors or bath for a month while I found another contractor) and has not returned my $5,500 deposit.
This man had me sign a contract “fake” and give him a $1000 down payment and never came back. He refuses to answer or come to the job. He has left me with no counter top no sink nothing at 8 months pregnant! I had to file a police report against him and get my attorney involved. Just ridiculous, I have never met a more unprofessional human being in my life.
