Once again I posted a repeat prescription request through the outside letter box. 10 days later my prescription was not at the pharmacy. I informed reception who said my prescription had not been received. The lady at reception sent a prescription to the pharmacy electronically. Why did my prescription request get lost?. had had a heart attack 3 weeks ago. called at the centre today for blood tests. was in a desperate bad way apart from the phlebotomist who got your wheelchair. nobody was interested. actually felt like something serious was about to happen, not the slightest bit of interest. absolutely disgraceful all the doctors on a 1-hour dinner break at the same time. disgraceful should be ashamed. thankfully my wife managed to get me to A& E. thank you again to the phlebotomist shame on you the rest of the disgraceful staff. who just lo... read more
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staff at Buckley Health Centre especially Bradley's Practice. Like so many of us as I get older more warning lights keep flashing up on my body's dash board. Over the past few years, most recently yesterday the staff here and at the Pharmacy have been brilliant. Joke of a place, turned up for a pre booked blood test, along with 5 others, one had been told no blood tests today, so go to speak to reception. She had no idea I may aswel of phoned b+q for an update cos this tool was useless!... 6 week wait for a blood test and we all sit there waiting not sure if we having a test or not.. after 30 mins of no answers no anything.. she just assumed it wasn't on today.. what a shambles
