The folks were polite, but there is no sense of urgency whatsoever. I went in for an overseas screening (they don't see civilians/dependents otherwise, completely understandable), and was told all I needed was just a wisdom tooth extraction and a filling. I ended up needing a bone graft because my bottom wisdom teeth were so impacted they destroyed part of a molar, a crown, two fillings, and finding out I have advanced periodontitis for my age. Does anyone answer the number that’s even displayed? Not a fan of this facility at all had a cracked tooth delivery told me I need to go off post even though I’m a soldier and I’m authorized to go there makes no sense
One star is too many. No contact info ANYWHERE even within DOD except for a phone that. is. NEVER. answered. Doc who examined me after I made an appointment in person was rude & acted like I was imposing on him at home on a weekend by virtue of doing my required annual checkup. By far the worst dental office I’ve encountered since coming into the military in the 1990s.
Went to my PCM with a sleep study I had done - PCM diagnosed me and told me to go to the dental clinic to schedule an appointment for a dental appliance, which I did. Fast forward to the appointment, the dentist refused to get me a dental appliance and communicated that he didn’t care if my PCM prescribed me with a dental appliance or diagnosed sleep apnea, the call was completely up to him. The absolute worst dental clinic I have had to deal with. They do not answer phones, you will have to go schedule your appointments in person. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. You need to make an online appointment portal or something. Get it together.
