I went in today around 1:00pm and was wanting to buy a pair of size 5 little boys jeans or more and not one single person greeted me or asked to help me. Worst customer service ever. They wasn’t even busy at the time I went. On the way out two associates were just talking and didn’t even acknowledge how mad I was I know they heard me. I will never be back to shop at this location again.
RecommendedGreat experience!!! The store associates were so helpful!!! They kept bringing clothes to the dressing room for my granddaughter to try on. They found items that were more her style and even found some clearance rack items that resulted in big discounts. I really got a lot of stuff for my bucks!!!

This store is by far the best I've been to as far as Buckle is concerned. Sasha is so awesome! She was very understanding when something went wrong with a pair of jeans I purchased. Ashley, the store manager, came in on her day off just to make sure I left happy. I work heavily in customer service with Verizon Wireless, and the service I got from these two associates is exactly how I treat my customers. Bravo. I will be spending much more money at this store.
Was at the Rogers, Ar store today. Went in handed the sales person (Kristen Asbill) a paper with style and number and within 5 minutes she had me 3 pair of jeans and a dressing room ready. She is an asset to the store. I think this young lady should be put in management. I bought 2 pair of jeans. Thank u Kristen.
