RecommendedThe jeans are of good quality, and I recommend them. However, anytime I’ve returned anything I’ve been questioned and pressured to not return the item, which was new and with tags still attached. Also, I know it’s their job to sell, but I find the sales team to be just as rigid when you’re shopping as when you want to return something. I’ve seen less pushy and insistent car salesmen. The quality is good, but I think the staff should be less intrusive.

RecommendedI love everything about the Buckle! Great merchandise selection, but most importantly, the best customer service that will top every retail store. Their manager Taylor is amazing- and her team follows in her footsteps. I have been to Buckles across the country and whenever I come to visit IL, I always pay them a visit.
