I stopped in the store to look at some shorts. I had not shopped the store in many years, after my kids had grown. When I went in the store I was nicely acknowledged and greeted. I was approached by a store clerk who introduced herself as Brynn, and asked my name. Each section I moved to Brynn would see if I was doing ok, and informed me of sales, promotions, and fresh articles to the store, all while using my name. I went in to Buckle @ The Capital City Mall today just to look. I then came across a pair of Hey Dudes that I liked at the front door and walked back towards the register with the shoe in hand. It was at that moment I met Holly and she helped me by getting the other half of the pair and brought out 3 styles of HDs in grey as I was looking at a brand new style that had come out but they did not have currently in my size. I will always go back to Longview and not Tyler for a reason. Me and my son were in Tyler looking at their Hey Dudes and not one person bothered to come up to us and see if we needed any help. Was in there for roughly 5 minutes. As we were leaving I told my son we would just order from Longview since we couldn’t get any help here with sizes and one of the employees said “OKAY”

Visited this store for the first time today with my 2 daughters and my mom. Had never really heard of the brand before and came upon the store completely by chance. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Samantha. She was friendly and asked if she could help us find something. My oldest daughter is very tall, and all legs, so she is EXTREMELY hard to fit for jeans. Samantha really knew what she was talking about with each style that she pulled for my daughter to try on… See more

Tonya found exactly what I wanted, and due to me not wanting to come in the store did my personal shopping! She told me to download the Buckle app and that I could see all the merchandise and order it right from our local store!!! I live supporting our local store..plus no shipping costs that way!
