I went in today around 1:00pm and was wanting to buy a pair of size 5 little boys jeans or more and not one single person greeted me or asked to help me. Worst customer service ever. They wasn’t even busy at the time I went. On the way out two associates were just talking and didn’t even acknowledge how mad I was I know they heard me. I will never be back to shop at this location again.
I was looking for jeans today and decided to stop into The Buckle and not one person said a thing to me or offered to help. I usually don’t have this experience at any of The Buckle’s where I live. I was thinking of buying some jeans, but the decided not to give this Buckle any business due to the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank goodness the associates in Omaha are way more friendly. I will never go to this store again.
