I shop at the Buckle quite often and today's experience has me rethinking my choices. I went to return a pair of jeans. The young lady at the counter had someone else to assist me because she was watching a video for training purposes I assume. She did not acknowledge me which is something I am accustomed to from staff at The Buckle.
