I love everything about the Buckle! Great merchandise selection, but most importantly, the best customer service that will top every retail store. Their manager Taylor is amazing- and her team follows in her footsteps. I have been to Buckles across the country and whenever I come to visit IL, I always pay them a visit. I went there today, and the staff was soooo accomodating. Helped me find a complete outfit for a wedding and jeans! This is only the 2nd time I have been in this store, and I have loved it each time despite hating shopping! They turned something I was dreading, into a fun outing! Plus....I was able to size down 2 sizes on your jeans so WIN!!! ;)
