I love shopping at buckle, have spent thousands of dollars. Store is super clean and always feels upbeat but sometimes the employees almost feel harassing. I don’t like being followed in the store and i feel it’s hit or miss. I understand customer service is the main thing but also if a customer says they are just looking and will let you know if they need anything employees shouldn’t follow you around handing you items you didn’t ask for. It’s almost stressful

I'm speechless and appalled by the way I was treated at your store today. Profiling me because I'm Black is unacceptable! I walked into the store with my 13-year-old daughter while we were out shopping. We stopped into Buckle hoping my daughter would like some of the graphics and pants since she's very picky.
