Awful customer service. The two (teenage?) girls working there seemed to think I couldn't read or understand a label or a receipt. They were rude, condescending, and insulting. While they were informing me it was my fault the jeans I bought didn't fit, because I didn't try them on (same size, style, fit and length as the pair I did try on and keep) and then tried to explain how pants fit( I buy pants there all the time and was wearing a pair I just bought), I decided to just return the $105 worth of clothing instead of excha... read more
Love love this place I can drop money fast in there but there clothes shoes purses is so well made together...... last for a long time. Staff I love them they always treat me a-1
Literally the worst customer service. God forbid you come to return an unwashed item and they get all butt hurt. The gentlemen and girl at first refused cash refund because apparently we used a gift card to purchase the jeans which we didn't and then she said it would be a mailed cash. The tool working the front counter kept making it seem like we were just trying to rob them of cash and literally said "it's not that deep".
Great staff always there to greet you an if your a regular they have enough mind to get stuff lined out for your interest couldn't ask for better group of people not to mention greenwood has a hell of a staff as well love there product line!!!!
