Really like their clothes and the staff is usually very helpful when picking out clothes. I've bought some nice outfits here. I've spent a lot of money here. But when your wife has a pair of jeans for less than a year and doesn't wear them a lot and they separate at the seam I expect you to at the minimum offer a discount of some sorts on a new pair.
