Some of your sales people are over the top! One girl approached me the minute I walked in, which is fine, but God, she wouldn’t stop with the questions! I answered about 3-4 of them, but then, it started to get personal. She couldn’t pick up on my overt clues, that this was getting ridiculous and that I just wanted to browse...? They have plenty of staff and helped a lot.
Manager is aggressive, rude, upidy. I felt like bats were chasing after me as I entered that store. Horrible experience.
Great customer service. My granddaughter felt like a princess in your store. Had similar service for my boys in the Woodbury store. I highly recommend The Buckle for teens and young adults.
I'm so bummed out I finally splurged and bought myself a pair of miss me jeans. Feel in love when I put them on. Only for a couple weeks later to be attacked by a dog and ripped a big whole in the back end. Which I tried to fix but unfortunately that didn't help. One day I will splurge again, just sadden by the situation. Great store with great help.
I was in this Buckle tonight shopping and had the best service I think I have ever had coming into a buckle. All stores treat you very well but this store went above and beyond. All great people that work in this store and thanks for the help tonight!!
To everyone who hasn't ever been to the buckle its a great place to shop and definitely get your money's worth and there's no other place like it that can help you out as much as they do.
