The people at this store are amazing. Carrie and her crew really talk to you and listen to what you want. I can't thank Carrie enough for the confidence she has given my daughter in helping her find clothes that fit her but are stylish. I highly recommend Carrie and her amazing crew.
I love getting jeans from The Buckle! Alexia helped me out today and was so awesome! I only came in for one pair of jeans because it's so hard to find ones that I love. Alexia helped me find (3)! pairs of jeans that I love � It took a lot of patience and swapping out pair after pair after pair but it was so worth it!
Best location in the Colorado area! Great service and excellent management!
Worst experience of my life!!! Yelling someone size across the store is rude!!!! And brining me the jeans I didn't want is annoying 45 min later still no jeans I loved! Asked for miss me and got everything else. And she had the nerve to give attitude when I said I'm not buying any and I left. I make more in and hour than you do all day! Calm down you sell jeans you don't do anything special. Save your money and go to Nordstrom.
I usually love the buckle but this store is not what I would consider quality. I visited the store today and was attacked by sales people - they yelled my size across the store gave me a brand of jeans I specifically asked them no to, as well as told me I should "model" them for the sales people as if I wouldn't know what I liked and disliked! This was embarrassing and shocking and led to the worst retail experience I have ever had! To add to the awful experience the sales lady yelled my name as I left the store!
