My aunt is 94 and has suffered from dementia for 8 tears. She was in agony yesterday- possibly through ill fitting dentures. Screaming in agony yesterday. Managed to speak to Out of Hours doctor last night who prescried liquid morphine and suggested we speak to GP today - Poplar Grove permanently engaged for last two hours. My daughter was referred here 6 months ago, we missed the first appointment as didn't get a letter to say when it was. Went to the second appointment and the dentist seemed friendly at first and then very judgemental and she made me feel like I was a bad mum. Had to book 3 more appointments for her. I was told on the phone that the first appointment was today but it was actually yesterday so they've now discharged her and cancelled all her appointments.
