NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE I live here for some years and im stuck because my kids go to school. these are old trashy apartments there are ROACHES ! BUGS ! RATS! Bad maintenance! They keep increasing rent and dont updrage anything! I have allergies because of living here the city should shut them down!

7% rent increase... Pets?? 1) In the 6 years of living here, rent has only increased by $40. I had no problems with that. This year the rent renewal contract had a increase of 7%. I was shocked to see how much the new rent was. I don't know if this is for everyone or if its just a case by case, but I was highly shocked about this. 2) They are not pet free community. Their are a lot of people with dogs here. All you need to do is claim you need the dog for emotional support, maybe need a doctor note, and they let you have one... read more

Rents are going through the roof the apartment is a great size, it very quiet, neighbor are nice. but as advertise many are working people so you may not see other tenants in weeks. i am being force out because the rents are skyrocketing out of control. last year i had five (5) percent increase this year eight (8) percent, clearly, they don't want the tenants to stay, my increase was over $157.00. my pension hasn't increased. if you are planning to move here prepare for huge increases every year, with little extras, no new a... read more

Too Noisy Like many of the other complaints - I moved out because I was on the lower level and the noise from my upstairs neighbor was unreal. It literally sounded like he was in my apartment. I could hear his conversations, footsteps, and even his phone vibrating. I could hear him pushing the buttons on his microwave. It’s a nice apartment with lots of storage, but the noise makes it not worth it for the price, especially on the lower level.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!! A 1 star is generous if I could give a one star I would!!!! This may seem like a great place to live at when driving through the scenic entry but little do you know. Management is HORRIBLE! They will show you a beautiful apartment and move you into a old, dirty, cockroach filled apartment. All they want is that $$$$$$$. Terribly disappointed! This is a very nice and affordable community with all amenities. I liked it very much. I have been checking for availability for last one month. But yesterday 07/22 noon when I was been to Leasing Office, I was told there is one unit available for Aug 15th and requested me for reservation fee. I got back with the signed checks to leasing office in 15-20mins. But I was told that unit is not available anymore. TERRIBLE I was supposed to move in July 2. Its July 16 and Im still not in my apartment because it was not ready by my move in. Mgmt isnt moving with any kind of urgency to resolve the issue. Mgmt hasnt even called to address the issue.

Loved my apartment I stayed in the 2br apartment for about 3 years and loved it. Well kept grounds,good neighbors clean spacious apartments will definitely recommend to anyone.
