There's a reason why they have such LOW ratings! And unfortunately it doesn't have to be this way. Show respect and appreciation for your tenants. Don't treat them like they're disposable. Moreover, they refuse to allow tenants to use cameras to protect their vehicles from theft and vandalism in the BV parking lot AND refuse to put cameras in the facility. As a contractor that has been doing business with Twin Pines Apartments in Groveland since 2003 under Professional Property Management. In 2017 Buckingham Property Management took over and it's been difficult ever since to get paid for invoices. It started out being paid within 30m days, the a few months later it turned into 3 and 4 months, now here we are today and they have yet to pay invoices for over $2000.00 that are from July 2019.. This place is a joke! Put in a work order for one lousy "blind" a year ago-never got it! A month ago was promised work on my slow flushing toilet-never got it! Tuesday put in a work order for a ceiling light over my kitchen sink-it's Friday, never got it And yet they want me to comply with all kinds of inspections and recertifications. I'm tired of begging. Guess I'll live in the dark, etc.
Ty Hayes is right on! Our management is rude, uncaring, unavailable---absolutely no help at all. I have lived here over 9 years, and it wasn't always this way. Oh, how I wish we could go back to some caring management!!!
