So thankful to have found this clinic. Can't say enough about the care and warmth we and our cat Buddy received.
Staff is always friendly,caring,and professional. Excellent customer service. Dr. Lorenz and Dr. Carl are both excellent and very knowledgeable and takes the time with answering questions and is concerned about the pets.
They care about the pets and the owners as well.
I have a mama pitbull that has for new puppies that went for their first visit which was they're well care visit and it was very successful. The staff picked out their favorite baby and had to rock them and dr. Philip was very pleased at the way the mama looked and the babies I'm very happy there.
Friendly staff and excellent doctors. So many animal clinics are just about getting paid, but I feel and see that you are compassionate and love the animals you see. You make me feel great as an owner and you explain everything so well.
LOVE this place!! AWESOME!!! Everyone here is very careing and friendly. They are sincerely concerned for the well being of all pets. Dr Lorenz has saved my sweet pricies life 2 times. I can never thank him enough.
I am please with the vet staff of Buckingham Plano. Dr. Lorenz & Dr. Carl are excellent & caring of my two doodles.
