I have lived here for well over 3 years now. When we first moved in, everything was great. Neighbors were quiet and respectful, management and maintenance were very helpful and friendly. That has drastically changed over the last couple years. The people they have allowed to move in are trashy. The snow removal is abysmal and the contractors blocked cars in that we had to dig out ourselves. People do not clean up after their dogs. Quiet hours are not respected by other tenants. I have lived here for a long time in both the one bedroom and two bedroom units and I can say nothing but good about buckingham place. The office staff is friendly and efficient. The homes have private entrances, There is a park/playground, a pool and a modern gym. Maintenance very quickly takes care of any issues that may arise. Overall, after 10+ years, I give them 5 stars.
Doing this last snow storm, I give hands up for a clear walkway. The snow plow that cleared the circle on Queen was clear but my car was plowed in. This was disappointing, as I have a HP sign reserved. I will say while cleaning the snow from my car, your maintenance employee (female) stopped me immediately and called the other employee to shovel the snow from around my tires. Lived there for couple years and I shared my apartment with those bugs you see in the video. management did nothing but lying and then ask for money when I left the apartment. DON´T LIVE THERE
