Great place to for anyone to move! I have been living here for over 5 years with my mother and father.. it is always peaceful outside and never no drama.. the apartment are beautiful and staff is always respectful.. I appreciate this community.
My son has lived here for 5 or 6 years. We came to visit last year and his bathroom had black mold. His vent in the bathroom was blowing down not up. His dryer was taking 5 or 6 times to dry a load of towels. I went to the office and told them all of my concerns. The office manager came over and looked at everything. She said since he had lived her so long, she could authorize to have his carpet replaced and walls repainted. I lived there for year (enough time to save all money needed to buy own house). Swat team raided the townhouse across from me. Allthough parking not assigned, people always parked in front of my town house and I had to park across in a different area. Most importantly, once I purchased my home and moved when lease up, I was so excited that I neglected to take utilities out of my name until I received forwarded mail with bills. Don't move here. -Maintenance did a mandatory leak inspection. They said the toilet was leaking (and it wasn't so immediately i thought that was weird) and instead of fixing the supposed "leak" they BROKE the whole toilet. So we went from a perfect toilet to a broken one for 24 hours!! They left my door unlocked, grass and dirt on my carpet because they didn't take their shoes off, lights on, and my CLEAN fluffy bathroom floor rugs were dirty and WET! What?! -Damaged cars.
