My experience at Buckingham was absolutely horrible if I could give them zero stars, I would. The entire two years I was a resident there were a nightmare. The management constantly invented reasons and excuses to enter residents' homes during work hours. If they were unable to gain entry, they would threaten to impose a $124 fee on top of the rent. My husband and I have only lived here a few months, but so far we've loved it here. The parking lot is very well constructed and the parking spaces are very wide, so we dont have to worry about other people bumping their doors into our cars and vice versa. The maintenance people have been very kind and informative; I put in a request to have several things fixed and shockingly they came the very next day and left very detailed notes of what they did, and also did a very good job. Not currently living at Buckingham . I did live there in the past and hope to move back. LOVED LOVED LOVED LIVING HERE OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENENCE ARE AWESOME!
Great place to for anyone to move! I have been living here for over 5 years with my mother and father.. it is always peaceful outside and never no drama.. the apartment are beautiful and staff is always respectful.. I appreciate this community.
