Been here a few years. I like living here. I like my townhome. My only dislike is that they host these community events, which is great, but the events are always during work hours! Like on a weekday in the middle of the day (ending around 2-3) so my family and probably many others can never go!
I have lived here for well over 3 years now. When we first moved in, everything was great. Neighbors were quiet and respectful, management and maintenance were very helpful and friendly. That has drastically changed over the last couple years. The people they have allowed to move in are trashy. The snow removal is abysmal and the contractors blocked cars in that we had to dig out ourselves. People do not clean up after their dogs. Quiet hours are not respected by other tenants. I have lived here for a long time in both the one bedroom and two bedroom units and I can say nothing but good about buckingham place. The office staff is friendly and efficient. The homes have private entrances, There is a park/playground, a pool and a modern gym. Maintenance very quickly takes care of any issues that may arise. Overall, after 10+ years, I give them 5 stars.
