30 years ago, I was expecting my first child and made an appointment to “interview” Dr, Moore, I took a list of questions from the expectant mom’s quintessential guide “What to Expect When Your Expecting” and I started to question Dr Moore. He was pretty amused, but he answered my questions and built my trust. He and his associates and staff have not let us down since. They are caring, knowledgeable and thorough. This place used to be the only pediatrician in the area but as soon as more options became available we quickly found a new practice.

Such a deeply disappointing experience at this pediatric office. The office is unclean and the staff is unprofessional. Allison at the front desk proceeded to raise her voice at me when I questioned a $25 fee and then refused to give me the contact information for the practice manager stating that, ‘everyone in charge is on vacation’. Shockingly bad behavior from what is supposed to be a warm and caring pediatric staff.
