Terrible experience. My boyfriend and I were able to come to the beach a day early and the day of booked a room at the Commander beach house for just a night. We arrived at 11 pm after driving 3 1/2 hours after we got off work. Check in is at the Commander hotel on the boardwalk which is across the street from the beach house hotel. Check in went smoothly and we given our room keys. Upon arrival into our room we immediately noticed the room was not clean. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. A lot of cons with this hotel. The absolute worst and dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. The service was TERRIBLE, black mold was everywhere and they wouldn’t give me my money back… and let me just tell you I had a 6 month old with me also. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t ever go there.
It was so cute and clean they room service is great and they do everything they can for your comfort 10/10 stay here in oc!!!
Love this place enjoy every moment of it everything was very clean and a very quiet place ,staff were awesome and very friendly will recommend this place to friends and families and it's close to the boardwalk
