I've stayed in many hotels/motels, it was the not the greatest but it also wasn't the worse. The carpet was dirty and discolored but whatcan you expect for a beach hotel. The room was ok, it didn't match the pictures from their website but for the price, I can't complain too much. It a block away from the boardwalk which is nice

After reading the reviews online and already paying for the reservations for stay at the beach house, I was very nervous and worried about what the place would be like when we got there. It was just my husband and myself. We stayed the King Deluxe room on the first floor. Yes it was small, but it was perfect for just he and I. We didn’t need or expect much other than a clean place to stay. This was set like a bed and breakfast without the service. Small rooms and not all of them have bathrooms. Air conditioners are disgusting and we cleaned the filter.
