3 hour wait for a 15 minute vist unhappy
Dr. Monroe was wonderful, but the awful experiences after seeing the doctor ruined it for me. Had a prescription declined by my insurance, took a month for a different one to be sent in. I didn't even realize it had been changed, until I called the office. After trying to refill the prescription my Pharmacy said they couldn't reach the office to get authorization. When I called in I (eventually) was told, "Oh, we no longer take your insurance". Mind you, this is on the third call and second voicemail left. Can't recommend at... read more
Dr.Packey is very thorough and listens well. He will find out what is wrong with you.Or send you to someone that can. All the staff in his office are kind and professional. Holly has always been very kind and cooperative with me .Michelle has always helped me get my referrals when needed. Melissa has always be me in asap when I won't feel good,as I have many ongoing health conditions. I am very pleasedwith all the staff.THe wait is never long. I am in a lot of pain an nauseatsd .
