Dr Shah is the best!! Where do I start, she is the most caring ,concerned Dr I have ever meet.She is so knowledgeable in her field.The whole staff is friendly and willing to help.The whole family goes to her.We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Been going here for 25 years. Loved Dr O and love this doctor as well. Very frustrated as I needed TWO extra minutes to get there to pick up glasses by 6 pm. Not 10 minutes, not 30. I asked if they could wait for two minutes and was told no by the office staff. I made it in time right at 5:59 but I feel like that customer service could really use some work. I get it. I was very pleased with Buckingham eye Associates. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and warmth. They were prompt, and the doctor took her time to explain everything to me, and I did not feel rushed. I only wish I had found them sooner.
Everyone was prompt and very professional! Would definitely recommend this establishment!
Very pleasant experience with this team of caregivers. My eye exam was thorough and the Doctor was generous with her time and knowledge shared with me.
