The work performed by Mike and his team was incorrect and instead of rectifying the issue he decided to just leave the site and stop contacting. If there is anything I can say about this company it's that I would avoid at all costs - so many other contractors out there that do better quality work with integrity and respect. We had Buckingham Designs put an aluminum railing on our concrete front steps, and we can safely say that they did an excellent job. We are so pleased with the results, and we can easily recommend Buckingham Designs to anyone.
Mike was very quick to return my initial query if he would be willing to build our stairs and we were also able to add a few small repairs without issue. Upon the discovery of a critical repair, a plan was made and agreed to in a matter of minutes. Mike's service and communication are top notch. Mike and his crew were friendly, professional, courteous and meticulous to detail. Although the time-line was longer than expected the finished product was excellent and we are extremely pleased with the completed kitchen and family room ceilings with the newly installed pot lights. Margaret and I would highly recommend them for any home renovation.
