Dr. Frey!!!! What an awesome surgeon! After searching for a reasonably priced surgeon in the Austin area—and even considering options in other states—I finally found Dr. Frey. A couple of MDs had recommended the Buckingham Center to me, but I initially assumed it would be too expensive. I had my third visit today and once again had an excellent experience. The customer service at this office is truly outstanding. From the front desk to the back office, every staff member is friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional. Nicole, my provider, is fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to make sure I feel comfortable and informed.
