I have lived here for 7 years. The neighborhood is safe and quiet! And beautiful, well maintained Love our management team, maintenance team is equally impressive. Never any issues. My cat loves it too. She spends all day looking out the open door without feeling threatened by any loud noise…♥️♥️
My husband and I have lived here for 10 years. We started in a townhouse for 2 years but eventually needed a flat due to health issues. We lived in the flat for about 7 1/2 years and began to have some issues with flooding in the living room ( for almost 2 years) they did finally get approval to do some things to try to remedy the problem but, did make numerous attempts to address it and finally offered us a different flat with upgrades and we are super happy with the new flat and have been in it almost 3 months( especially ... read more
My husband and I have lived in these apartments for about two years and we have had the most wonderful experience at this apartment complex! We worked with Heather the whole time we lived here and she, Gretal, and the new property manager Christie are just amazing! The maintenance team would respond super quick and do a great job! Also, the rent was super reasonable! 100/10 Recommend!
You can tell the people they hire to run this place have no real experience. They do not enforce any rules and the rules they do try to enforce are made up and not even in the lease agreements. You would think if you are going to run the place, you would be familiar with what's actually in the leases. I have had to correct them multiple times and this is supposed to be what they are paid to do. Also, COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE! Any time they say they will call you back, it's a lie.
