My husband and I have lived in these apartments for about two years and we have had the most wonderful experience at this apartment complex! We worked with Heather the whole time we lived here and she, Gretal, and the new property manager Christie are just amazing! The maintenance team would respond super quick and do a great job! Also, the rent was super reasonable! 100/10 Recommend!
You can tell the people they hire to run this place have no real experience. They do not enforce any rules and the rules they do try to enforce are made up and not even in the lease agreements. You would think if you are going to run the place, you would be familiar with what's actually in the leases. I have had to correct them multiple times and this is supposed to be what they are paid to do. Also, COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE! Any time they say they will call you back, it's a lie. My mother-in-law was the unfortunate victim forced to live in that apartment—an environment so unacceptable it borders on negligence. We’re not talking about a few spiders here and there. I have lived here over 11 years. I really like the location. It's quite and safe. I have no issue living here, if something needs to be fixed it gets fixed , maintenance is wonderful and the manager is really nice. I enjoy living here, really nice community.
Home sweet home. Well maintained. Safe area.
