They don't enforce their own rules. There is a lot of smoking inside and out when this is supposed to be a totally smoke-free complex. People don't clean up after their dogs even though bags are provided. People are moving in with dogs or getting them after they move in and they don't notify management. They charge $50 to have your pet's mouth swabbed for DNA tests yet they don't do it and aren't sending poop samples out to see whose dog it came from.
