Purchased a new vacuum from BV. I went in with a clear idea of what I wanted. Jeff addressed my expectations and helped me navigate all the options to select the right vacuum for me. Bought a nice Miele vacuum here. The owner asked me a few questions about my household before coming up with a recommendation, which makes sense, but isn't my experience. They also had deep knowledge about Miele vacuums. I told him what vacuum I had purchased before, and he explained how what I was buying now would compare to what I had.
Never thought I’d feel so strongly about a vacuum store, but here we are. Deeply knowledgeable & kind staff, not at all pushy. Bought a great sebo, had some questions that got answered. Jeff even carried the box to my car. Thanks Jeff!
