My fiancée and I recently acquired a pup that sheds a ton. Despite vacuuming 3 days a week, our old Walmart vacuum just wasn’t keeping up. After several hours of research, we were pretty sure on which vacuum we wanted. Bought a Sebo E3 from the owner Jeff a bit over 2 weeks ago. Called in after getting off work for availability and told him I was buying it that day. He was finishing up the paperwork right as I got there. They had it cheaper than anyone else in-store or online. The customer service was some of the best I've gotten in my relative short adult life. One of the best consumer experiences I have ever had. Jeff knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us find it quickly, then showed us all the bells and whistles and even assembled the vacuum for us in store. Cannot recommend Buckhead Vacuums highly enough if you are in the market for a vacuum.

I HATE vacuuming. So who would have thought I could have a genuinely delightful time purchasing one? I spent much too much time researching and watching videos on vacuums only to have Jeff and Buckhead Vacuums to put my every worry to rest. Truly a wonderful and thorough experience, I feel if I wanted to know the pros and cons of every vacuum in there he would have spent the time explaining them all. Bought a nice Miele vacuum here. The owner asked me a few questions about my household before coming up with a recommendation, which makes sense, but isn't my experience. They also had deep knowledge about Miele vacuums. I told him what vacuum I had purchased before, and he explained how what I was buying now would compare to what I had.
