Florida Owners live there year round. Outside storage but very nice people. Very inexpensive and safe place to store. Have a small rv park there too - on water. Love this place - nice big campsites too. My storage is safe with them. Met them during hurricane and escaping from high prices on coast and safety of inland - LOVE IT.
