Insensitive treatment – I initially booked a couple's massage for my boyfriend's birthday. I booked here because of the great reviews online. The day of my massage, my boyfriend and I were in a car accident. I called, out of courtesy, to let them know we wouldn't make our appointment. The person who answered the phone insisted on arguing with me about the cancellation policy. Truly Great Spa Service – I am all for trying different spas out but after spending so much and being disappointed so many times at the other spas around, I won't make those mistakes again- now I am a regular at Buckhead Grand spa for almost half a year and I have never had a bad facials here and their massages that are second-to-none. thanks for the facial ! – It's been a long time since I had my facial.. I just badly needed one ! So I wen to buckhead (it was actually my friend who mentioned your place ) and got me a simple facial .. and it was all worth it .. i also did a foot massage to relax my feet .. keep up the good work !
A Great Discovery – I just moved to Atlanta from the Boston where women take very good care of themselves and was very happy to find (online) a spa to mach my expectations. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my face and I'm glad to have Daiva as my “personal” esthetician. She's a joy, real sweetheart and true talent. Great first visit! – Based on reviews I’ve seen I wanted to visit this place and see it for myself. I found it very inviting and relaxing. I waited five days for the appointment but it was definitely worth it. The spa is beautiful and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful taking their time to make my experience worth it. Wonderful Experience – My wife and I were celebrating our 17th year wedding anniversary in Atlanta and went for a couples massage. The spa is very clean and neat. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The massage therapists were superb. My wife had the hot stone massage and I had the deep tissue massage. Both were wonderful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an overall pleasant experience.
Best Spa in the U.S! – I returned to Buckhead this weekend to treat myself and my Mother to the European Facial and Massage Therapy for our Mother's Day. This is my second visit to the Spa. I drove over 3 hours to let my Mother experience the facial by Daiva. I, and my Mother, were absolutely blown away!! We could not have asked for a better experience.
