I called to buy a used transmission. They said they had it, so I ordered it. After a week I called to find out why I hadn't gotten it. They said he would check with the yard man and call me back, They didn't. So the following week I called back again. They swore they would find out what was going on. This time they did call me back. I was informed that they never had it. They were never going to let me know that fact had I clearly not dragged it out of them. Complete absence of customer service!
I called 5 times and all 5 time I was put on hold for 20 min terrible customer service
