We had 10 Musrats in our pond. We caught or killed 9. We couldn't catch the last 1. They guaranteed to catch it. They were her 3 months while the rat continued to destroy the banks of our pond. They only showed up a half a dozen times and didn't catch 1 rat. They wouldn't refund the money. They couldn't catch a cold if they were bare assed in Alaska!
Lou and his team was courteous and knowledgeable. They were prompt. He returned all of my calls in a timely matter. He took the time to explain what was involved with the bat removal. He also explained how to keep the mice out of the house and garage.
Zach was awesome !! Thought we might have yellow jackets in the attic, but he both confirmed there were none, but also plugged several holes in the garage ceiling where the door rail supports penetrate. Good man and excellent service !!
