worst customer service experience I've ever lived. the receptionist is very rude, she doesn't say hello. he looks ugly and the worst doesn't let you talk. i meant to tell him my wife could bring the insurance card and don't give you a chance to talk. she looks racist the way she looks at you and talks to you. you don't give options I could pay for the consultation but it won't let you open your mouth... I went to this practice for about 2 years. Generally had a good experience. I went in February 2019 for routine well exam and prescription. They didn't mention during the exam that they no longer complete contact lenses prescriptions. I completed exam not knowing of the change, went home and reached back out when I needed to order more contacts through Contacts Direct (i.e., just needed a copy of my prescription) This practice completed a prescription for glasses in February, but they didn't complete for contacts. Can't keep appointment times. Why? when you are on time to you have wait more in the exam room. Our time is just as valuable as the doctor's. Got tired of waiting and just asked for an appointment for another time when we could be seen on time. Was offered 2pm, but with the caveat that the doctor might not be on time because it's after lunch. WTH! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!. Do not recommend. Might as well go to Wal-Mart.
If your a dieabetic an you need your eyes check out it's a great place they are very good but if you have a pair of glasses that you want made into sunglasses or just new lenses I would go some where else it's been a month an they still can get them right I'll never trust them again when it come to my eye ware.
