Do not rent a vehicle from this company. We have been loyal customers for years, not only with service on our Toyota, but renting vehicles and having friends and family rent from there. We booked a van rental months in advance to get a call 24 hours before we leave letting us know that there’s a recall on our specific vehicle that we want to rent and their solution was to find us a small smaller car that we were gonna pay the same amount of money with a different company. I have been shopping around for a while with Cam (Cameron) and finally found the one I wanted! Highly recommend Cam and Buckeye Toyota who made the process easy and fast(less than 2 hours including signing paperwork). They understood what I wanted, my price point, and was able to reach an agreement! First big girl purchase and so thankful!
My sales professional Gabe was exceptional he worked very hard to get me the vehicle I wanted he was patient and listened to what I wanted and what I needed
Gabriel was our sales rep and I've got to say that after buying a lot of vehicles in my lifetime, he made this one very painless! I will say that I did fill out a quick credit check online, but by the time I got to the dealership, he had done all of the legwork. We waited longer on the paperwork to get printed out and put together than on agreeing on a price. That has never been the case in the past.
