Recently had a horrible experience with another dealer and took a trip with the wife to Buckeye Superstore. Both of us walked out with newer vehicles and the team at Buckeye Superstore were all easy to deal with. Never felt pressured and Fred the finance manager was the best I’ve ever dealt with, literally explains everything and stayed late to answer all of our questions. 10/10 would recommend

Communication was excellent and turn around time was fantastic.
-10000 stars this is the worst service ever my mom got a jeep here and it’s been in the shop since November almost we got it back and within 4 hours it had to be taken back. I went today to pick it up and it died I went in and I complained they stood their looking at me like I was stupid but they keep giving us the run around about the vehicle which is very unprofessional and they keep charging and charging us but won’t actually fix the vehicle at this point in time my mom is gonna be looking for attorney.
