This place is amazing very secured cameras everywhere and customer service was a plus took payment right over the phone and instantly got a space for my trailer at 8:00 at night that guy was amazing I appreciate you thank you
I’ve had a great experience with Buckeye State Storage! It was easy to store my items. Access is simple and straightforward and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. You can tell it’s a small business that truly cares about its customers. Prices are fair, and the whole process was smooth from the start. Highly recommend!
Would rate 6/5 stars if I could. My experience with Buckeye storage can only be described as excellent. No matter what problem I had with my unit, From being late on my payment to losing the key to my unit, the extremely kind and cool owner Adam always picked up the phone ASAP to work with me through my troubles. He did his best to make my entire experience stress free and easy every single time. The facility is also extremely secure and easy to access. Adam and Wayne were super to work with. They went out of their way to make renting easy and had a great experience. Storage unit met our needs. Great value. Excellent location close to the freeway. Secure.
