Janie Johnson at Bainbridge branch was very helpful and professional when I opened my account. Highly recommend you stopping in and seeing her!!
When they come in and buy your banking institution, RUN AWAY!!! They keep some personel, but outsource operations. Operations has had my case for a month now, and they still can't straighten out my account so that I can pay my bills online! Bank can't get ops to talk to them and now I can't either. Utterly useless! DON't bank with BSB!
