I wanted to take some time and give a review of the build process with Buckeye as we are nearing completion in less than 2 months! The Buckeye team has been absolutely fantastic to work with so far. This is my experience and my opinion. I wish I could give 0 stars. Please read contract and know your rights. When home didn’t appraise, we asked for deposit back per mandatory VA escape clause (my husband and I are both disabled veterans so qualified for VA loan). We were refused. Had to go to court—took awhile, but won. Thank goodness we had the knowledge and means to do so. Just be careful; always have lawyer review paperwork. And know your rights.
