It has been a month since we paid for our maintenance agreement and still no appointment to service our generator and no communication, we paid over a $1,000 to have our transfer switch diagnosed. Then I received the estimate after asking for it for replacing the switch that did not include the cost of the switch, that comes on a separate form. Still waiting on that.
If I could give 0 stars I would , your drivers have zero regard for other drivers. Disgusting company
BPS is always great from the initial quote to generator startup & the preventative maintenance program. BPS helps design the proper sized generator, prepping the unit for install & start up.
Been with BPS for about 20 yrs and have always received great service, friendly service techs and very little issues with my generator.
