When Buckeye Power took over operations from AEP for power generation, the organization went downhill. The upper management at Buckeye continually discredited and disrespected the former AEP employees who had vast experience that they could have utilized. But Instead. I have seen them treat employees that have been there for over 30 years like children, which has created a poor work environment and no communication.
