I was looking for a reputable company and called Buckeye with list of requests to be done. They came out I now have a new toilet, sink, shower, even a faucet. The technician sent to my home was very clean, professional and respectful. They are now my first call whenever a plumber is needed! THANKS AGAIN BUCKEYE PLUMBING!

Lonnie spent most of the afternoon fixing faucets in my home. He was friendly, helpful, answered all my questions, showed me problems. He spent a lot of time figuring out why one faucet had poor water flow. He persevered and was successful. He was a pleasure to have do the work. He showed me all the prices, made sure I received an email receipt at the end of the job. He also made sure all the water was flowing nicely with no air pockets. He was very thorough. A pleasure! Buckeye installed my water heater in December 2020. Today I was told I had a dry leak. I got a wire brush and I cleaned it off and I could see there was a tiny little pinpoint where a tiny bit of water was coming out from one of the pipes leading into the water heater. Other than that, the water heater was normal. It looked like a fairly straightforward type of Repair. From the estimate to installation Buckeye Plumbing exceeded my expectations! All the estimates for the job were just about the same. It was the professionalism and customer service that sets them apart. Chris did an amazing job at install. He arrived exactly on time was very polite, professional. Very clean work. Melody's was a pleasure to work with on the phone when I made the appointment. Excellent customer service!!!!! I couldn’t be happier!

Buckeye was fantastic every step of the way. Everyone I spoke with in the office was kind, helpful and responsive. Our plumber Mitch went above and beyond when replacing our water heater. He was kind, patient, ensured we understood pricing, and was genuinely a joy to work with even though ours was not an easy unit to access or work on. Thank you for your all around excellence!
