We have worked with Buckeye Plumbing a number of times over the years for minor repairs and have always been satisfied. But today we had an emergency and called them in a panic and once again they were there to help. Spoke with Rickey, tech, on the emergency line in the early am hours and by 8am Jennifer was on the phone scheduling our service, by 11:30am everything was good as new. I have hired Buckeye Plumbing 6 times to install replacement components in my 40 year old condominium apartment (2 faucets, 2 toilets, shower handle cartridge, and a water heater.) Buckeye also installed my under-the-sink drinking water filter. All their work has been excellent. My recent toilet replacement by Buckeye plumber Olvid is excellent including my correspondence with Buckeye customer service rep Beverley who addressed all my concerns. Had an emergency and called Buckeye this afternoon. Gigi was awesome and super helpful! Then Marcin came at 7pm and did an amazing job repairing and replacing parts to stop my upstairs bathroom leak! Great experience and very reasonably priced for after hours! Thanks So Much!

Jonathan did a great job, he was working with Daniel (I think that was his name) they were both very professional and friendly. Jonathan explained the cost for all the work I requested and that is exactly what I paid when they finished. I would recommend Buckeye Plumbing.
