Our water heater broke while we were away on Holiday. I called Buckeye and they were wonderful in getting an early morning appt the next day. Daniel was wonderful installing a brand new 50 gallon water heater. He was very professional and explained everything to me after it was installed. I really love this company . I contacted Buckeye Plumbing with a request to repair a kitchen drain line. The office staff was professional and courteous, and scheduled an appointment for the next business day. The technician, Marcin, arrived as scheduled, and after observing the drain arrangement, he explained that he could correct the deficiencies by modifying the drain configuration. I worked with Rickey today, and the service was exceptional. He has a very keen eye and helped me avoid a potential larger issue. Chris from Buckeye replaced our water heater yesterday. He arrived promptly, solved several challenges in the process, educated us about the new heater and leak alarm system. ATT bored their fiber optic line right through my sewer line. Buckeye came to the rescue, they were at my home promptly. The repair was made and they left my driveway totally clean.
