This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. We had a slab leak issue that we thought was going to cost us well into the 3k+ range for the plumbing aspect alone (not including the repairs needed after access and repair) However, Jonathan used his experience to tackle the issue from a another angle without having to tear out the floors in our home. We have been using Buckeye Plumbing for quite some time now and find them to be a trustworthy, reliable, well-organized business. The office staff provides excellent communication and quick responses. Marcin is always pleasant, competent, a good communicator and always cleans up very well. We feel their prices are reasonable and highly recommend them.

Our water heater broke while we were away on Holiday. I called Buckeye and they were wonderful in getting an early morning appt the next day. Daniel was wonderful installing a brand new 50 gallon water heater. He was very professional and explained everything to me after it was installed. I really love this company .
