You're receptionist is very rude and needs to learn customer service especially dealing with children. Now I see why you have horrible reviews.
The Dr of the practice is very kind. However, I think her schedule is overbooked and she seems to be rushing majority of the time. Also my appointments are almost always running behind and not just 10-15 minutes more like 45 minutes, my time is also valuable and I don’t appreciate sitting and waiting for almost 2 hours to get in and get out with a baby. The front desk is terrible, it takes DAYS to get a hold of anyone but yet when we are sitting in the lobby I never see anyone on the phone taking calls? When my baby was firs... read more
Dr. Micaela is a wonderful doctor. She’s knowledgeable attentive and truly cares about her patience. I’ve had great experience with her personally and I feel like I can trust her completely
We’ve been bringing our kids here for about 6 years and have always had a great experience. The pediatrician is kind, patient, and really takes the time to listen to our concerns. Our kids feel comfortable during visits, and that means a lot to us. We truly appreciate the care and would definitely recommend.
