Absolutely terrible experience I will never give them my business and have been telling others to avoid
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. McEwan and his staff!!! My son had his wisdom teeth removed yesterday. We had several opinions and felt the most comfortable and at ease with Dr. McEwan. His staff is warm and welcoming and Dr. McEwan took the time to go over the entire procedure and answer all the questions that we had. After the surgery, the Doctor himself called to check on my son later in the day and make sure that he was doing ok and asked if we needed anything. Highly recommend Dr. McEwan and his staff!!! Go here if you want to waste your time. I didn’t get helped until an hour after my appointment then dude was arrogant when I was helped
My daughter was supposed to have her wisdom teeth taken out but the Dr never showed up. Her appointment had already been cancelled 2 times by the Dr, once because he was on vacation and another because he was "sick" two days before the appointment. Appointment was for 1230 and after sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half I went to see what to hold up was. His staff tells me he's not there and that they cant get a hold of him. Very unprofessional Dr, don't make our mistake, go somewhere else.
Had an appointment at 1:30 and was out by 2 with new patient paperwork included which wasn't difficult to fill out, and scheduling my surgery. All of the staff were incredibly nice and personable. It was humbling to have a down to earth knowledgeable doctor, he was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Just had my second surgery here, first paragraph above was from the first. Second surgery they literally got me in same day for surgery, I called that morning and they got me in before 4pm and got it done. Amazing. Pr... read more
