I was early for my appointment and expected to have a bit of a wait. However, I was greeted and taken back almost immediately. The manicurist was polite and worked efficiently. Price was less than I have paid at similar shops. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience.
✨ Lana ✨ has been the only person who’s done my nails at this spa, and I’m truly in love every single time! These are my natural nails with dip powder, and she always takes the time to listen and make sure they turn out exactly how I want. She’s super personable too easy to talk to, warm, and engaging. It makes the appointment fly by and feel like a treat not a chore! And shoutout to Tim who does my pedicures he is amazing !!! I always get a French tip and he nails it (pun intended!) every time. As a licensed esthetician this salon is VERYYYYYYY unsanitary. I would give it zero stars if I could. My grandma and I got a pedicure & the people who did them did not say a word to us the entire time, nothing about what color, how was our day, a hello… literally nothing. The basket that they keep the tools in had visible dirt all over them, then he dropped the clippers onto the ground (that was also very very dirty) and put them back into the basket & tried to use them on me.
