Booked service over a month ago for my zero turn. Got reminder email day before service. Day of appt, no show. No calls or anything. Didn’t answer my calls. Sucks that I blocked out a day for this.
Garbage company. I have tried to schedule service 2 times now and this guy does not show up. The first time he texted me and said he might not be able to make it but will try (appointment was the next day). I said that's fine and we can reschedule if needed. Well, he never showed up and never texted again. I tried contacting him again and nothing. I then went back to the website to schedule again for a month later. We needed a riding mower repaired. He came out, took the deck off, and said it needed new belts. He said he’d be back with the belts and repair it in a few days. He never came and I texted him 3 times and called once over 3 weeks. No answer. I was left with the riding mower with the deck off in the garage. We found someone else to do the job.
Does not respond to follow up needs. If you're not going to do the rest of the job just say so. Don't make customers guess.
Russ is awesome. He always gets right back to me, and does his best to fit me into his busy schedule. He can diagnose and solve nearly any problem immediately.
